CANCELLATION FOR DELAYS IN DELIVERY ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE ALARM STATE OF COVID-19
Delays caused by this reason will not be reason for the cancellation of the order once it has been processed.
RIGHT OF RETURN
You may return the product received within 15 calendar days without giving any reason.
The return period will expire 15 calendar days of the day the customer or a third party indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier, has acquired physical possession of the goods.
Customer must return or deliver directly the new product, unused in perfect condition, in its original intact packaging (without labels nor packaging tape - must be protected with a bag or box depending on case) and manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included to M. Valme Fernandez Chacon in Avenida Adolfo Suarez 48 in 41704 Dos Hermanas (Sevilla), without undue delay and in any case no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision of withdrawal is communicated.
SpacioBiker will refund the cost of the product before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date has been informed in writing of the decision of withdrawal.
Customer asumes expenses of return (including customs charges, if applicable).
This right does not apply to items with electrical and/or electronic components, outlet items, specific items, personalized items, items for transformations, etc. In these cases, Spaciobiker will make every effort to approved the return but Customer will bear all generated expenses such as transportation, restockaje, etc. leaving a credit in his/her favor with no expiration for future purchases.
When the cost of transport has been assumed by SpacioBiker for any promotion or for any other reason, the Customer must assume such expense in addition to the return cost, leaving an amount in favor of the Customer of the price of the item returned minus transport costs.

FREE RETURN EXPENSES FOR ORDERS PAID WITH PAYPAL
Only for orders paid with Paypal and subject to the conditions of the Paypal payment gateway. The Customer who has made his payment by Paypal may return the products of his order and recover the shipping costs corresponding to the return through Paypal.
Returns must be made following the deadlines and forms detailed in the previous section of Right of Return.
The Customer does not have to pay any fee to use this Service. However, the costs of carrying out your obligations are entirely from your account.
To request a refund request for return shipping costs, just log in to your PayPal account and select the transaction of the item that has been returned. In the transaction details, click on "Request refund of return costs" and upload the requested documents. To modify a request, log in to your PayPal account, select the transaction of the returned item and click on "Request refund of return costs".
There is a maximum limit of return costs up to 30 euros per request for reimbursement. If more than one copy of the same item is returned at the same time, it will be considered a single return subject to the limit of 30 euros per refund.
The same Customer can make up to 12 returns and their corresponding refunds within one year. Up to 3 refunds are allowed per PayPal transaction ID. If several items of the same transaction are returned at three different times, they will be counted as three different returns, therefore subject to the applicable refund limit.
Steps to follow to request a refund of the return costs:
1)The duly completed refund request form.
2)You must make the returns through the Post Service, a courier company or other service or usual shipping option. Depending on how you paid the return costs, you must send the following:
a.If you have used the Express or courier service with shipment tracking to return the item, it is necessary to attach a copy or photograph of the receipt showing the amount paid and the shipping address of the seller.
b.If the item has been returned through the regular Post Service (without tracking the shipment), it is necessary to attach a copy or photograph of the receipt with the cost of the shipment, as well as a photograph of the package where the seller's address appears.
c.If the return costs have been deducted from the item reimbursement, it is necessary to attach the following two documents:
A copy of the payment email from the seller or PayPal showing the initial price of the returned item.
A copy of the refund email from the seller or PayPal showing the amount reimbursed.
Copies, photographs or scanned versions of the original documents must be clearly legible. These documents are uploaded to the form available in the transaction details. In any case, it is necessary to keep the original documents: if the copies are not legible, it is likely that Paypal will request the originals during the verification process.
If the request is accepted, the Customer will receive the corresponding funds directly in his PayPal account.
The refund will be received within 5 business days of the notification of approval of the refund request.
This service is foreign to SpacioBiker. Its complete management is the responsibility of the Client and Paypal responsible for the provision of the service.
RETURN FOR DEFECTS PRODUCED IN TRANSPORT OR ERRORS OR DEFECTS IN THE SHIPPING
If at the time of delivery it is visibly and clearly appreciated, without the need to manipulate the shipping packaging or the product's own, that the package has defects caused by transport damage or it is appreciated, in the same way, an error or defect in the merchandise received, the Customer must record it on the carrier's delivery note and check the merchandise in carrier presence.
The delivery note cannot be signed until the defects found have been indicated. Then you must inform SpacioBiker (via email to firstname.lastname@example.org ) within the next 24 hours of the reception of the order, so SpacioBiker can solve the issue.
Any claim that does not meet all the above conditions will not be accepted.
RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (guarantee) (*)
All (*) products sold by SPACIOBIKER have a warranty period of two years from the date of invoice to be repaired or replaced by an equal under the Law 23/2003 of July 10 of Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods.
The client may decide to repair or replacement, unless one of these options is objectively impossible or disproportionate. From the moment the client communicates to SPACIOBIKER the chosen option, both parties shall trust in it.
In any case SPACIOBIKER obliged to refund the order found to be defective and will be required to meet warranty.
The repair or replacement will be free for the customer including transport costs and related labor and materials.
(*) are excluded from any warranty electric-electronic products with components and accessories that have not been installed in professional workshops. Exhaust pipes and tailpipes are guaranteed only against manufacturing defects.There is no guarantee regarding the discoloration of the same, not even for double wall models.This discoloration is not a manufacturing defect and sometimes occurs due to causes such as excess heat, carburation set-up, exhausts system set-up, general set-up, humidity or other causes not determined. Skin items must have a specific treatment (hydration) to prevent cracking and decay of the skin and therefore, this defective will not be covered by warranty.
- Important: The limits for the receipt of these communications are absolute return. 24 hours of receipt for shipping damage or shipping errors; 15 days from the reception to the right of withdrawal; 2 years from the date of invoice to exercise the guarantee.
