  • What does prices include?

Prices shown are final prices but they don´t include shipping costs. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and the Customer must accept them before the end of the purchase.


  • How can I pay my purchase?

You can pay by Paypal, Credit or debit card, Cash on delivery, Wire transfer and you can also pay it when you pick it up in our store.

  • When is the payment performed?

When you choose to pay with Credit or debit card, Wire transfer or Paypal you pay in advanced.

If you choose to pay COD or by Store pick up, you pay when the order is delivered.

  • I can not pay with credit or debit card, what can I do?

We have a secure payment system that prevents fraudulent use of cards, so that you to use your card at our online shop, you must first link your mobile phone number to the card, so you can receive a code to complete your payment correctly. To associate your mobile phone number to your card, you should only request your bank.

If your mobile phone number is associate to your credir or debit card but you can´t perform the payment, please check that it has enough credit and that it is not expired. If everything is right and you can´t pay, please contact us by email or by phone 955.33.23.27 o 626.861.450.


  • Is it possible that I don´t receive a product that I bought?

Spaciobiker will do its best to serve all the items ordered by the Customer, but and in certain cases and dute to causes hardly controllable by Spaciobiker, such as broken stock from the manufacturer or a discontinued item, it is not possible to serve any of the items ordered by the Customer.

In this case, we will contact you to decide whether to change the ordered product or to cancel your order, obtaining a refund of the full amount if you have paid in advance.

  • Does Spaciobiker perform international shipments?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

  • When will I receive my purchase?

All products indicate in their description the shipping deadline, ranging from the customer order until it leaves our warehouse. Since leaves our warehouse until delivery to the address, the deadline for delivery depends on the destination:

- Peninsular Spain and peninsular Portugal: 2 working days.

- Rest of Spain: 7 working days plus aditional time in customs, if it apply.

- European Union: 7 working days.

- Rest of the world: depends on destination.

  • Where will I receive my purchase?

You will receive it in the address indicated when you place your order.

Home delivery:

You can choose a delivery address different from the billing address. This is useful in cases where you want to make a gift, if you spend more time at work than at home or if you spend some time away from your usual residence.

Store Pickup:

You can pick up your order at our offline store. When we have it prepared, we will inform you by email so you can pick it up when you desire.

Shipping costs are variable and depend on the delivery address, weight and volume of the purchase.

  • Does the Gift Card expiry?

No, the Gift Card does not expiry. You can perform your purchase when you desire and the remaining amount is kept.


  • I have a voucher, how can I apply it?
Discount codes must be used when checking out in the shopping cart. When you enter the discount code, it will be applied directly to your purchase. You have to take into account some discount codes are not cumulative and may cancelled some discounts you had before entering the code.

You can create a Wishlist to keep the products you like best. Just enter your account and add to your Wishlist the products you wish from the data sheet .
