RESPUESTA. Estimado Jose Ramon. Le informamos que tanto los cargadores como los mantenedores de baterias tienen que estar conectados a la red para que funcionen. Existen arrancadores que son baterias muy potentes que una vez cargadas son capaces de poder arrancar una motocicleta conectandola directamente a la bateria de la moto sin necesidad de estar conectado a la red como el que puede ver en el siguiente enlace.
